Our primary focus is to provide specialized environmental consulting and hazardous waste management services to public schools, colleges, biotechnology firms, and federal agencies such as the United States State Department (United States Information Agency).

In the fall of 2000, MSES was accepted in the US SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. During this year, we participated in contracts that required 100 percent performance and payment bonds due to the high risk factor and the aggressive time line established for the completion of the projects.

Being qualified to secure this type of bonding is an achievement in terms of securing future bonding capacity and an accomplishment we attained by demonstrating financial and technical stability.

Our business operation and financial stability is supported by our participation in government contracts and it is tailored to small to medium size generators such as multidisciplinary science laboratories that require labpacking services for the disposal of retrograde chemical reagents and off-specification chemical specimen waste streams. In addition, our commitment to implementing efficient, realistic and cost effective operational approaches for the management of hazardous waste, has translated into high quality delivery of services with proven recognition.

Our staff of field personnel has demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and have the necessary academic and professional registrations that help meet your organization's goals to deal with challenging and critical situations relating to the development of a laboratory safety management program.

Headquartered in Concord, California, with a local office in Denver, Colorado, MSES is a regional firm with emphasis in state and federal contracting opportunities in the Western United States. Although we selectively have been providing services to biotech firms and to colleges, our market consists primarily of assisting public schools multidisciplinary science laboratories meet regulatory requirements set forth in OSHA, USDOT and USEPA as they relate to safety, health, and environmental management.
