| MSES staff has extensive experience in evaluating a property’s environmental impact that may have been caused by historic industrial/commercial use or current site usage. MSES has performed a large number of environmental evaluations throughout the Mid Atlantic Region. These evaluations range from rapid Phase II Investigations to multi-year, multi-site Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies (RI/FSs). This experience is brought to bear on all of our projects, ensuring the highest level of quality in all of our services. All of MSES’ investigations are conducted paying strict attention to client confidentiality, to timelines for property transactions, and to the need for minimal disruption of site operations.
